Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of All Indie Games. By using the service, creating an account, liking games, opening external game links, or suggesting a game, you agree to these terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a studio, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

All Indie Games helps users discover indie games through search, filtering, categories, recommendations, saved games, and curated database tools.

All Indie Games does not sell games, process game purchases, or take commission from game sales. Approved browser games may be hosted for play through the platform, while other game availability and purchases are handled by third-party platforms or official game pages.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including discovery tools, listing formats, account features, analytics, and suggestion workflows.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it current.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service, infringe rights, attempt to manipulate metrics, or abuse other users.

You are responsible for games, links, media, descriptions, and other materials you suggest. You must have all rights and permissions needed to provide that content for review and display through All Indie Games.

By suggesting content, you grant All Indie Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and create previews of the suggested content for operating and improving the discovery platform.

Uploaded ZIP or RAR packages are stored privately for review. Approval does not automatically publish an uploaded package, and a separate public game URL is required before a game is added to All Games.

We may review, reject, remove, reformat, rank, or limit suggested content at our discretion, including for quality, safety, legal, security, or product reasons.

You may not use All Indie Games to upload malware, phishing links, deceptive content, illegal material, content that infringes intellectual property rights, or content that harasses, exploits, or harms others.

You may not scrape the service, overload infrastructure, bypass security controls, manipulate likes or play counts, create fake engagement, reverse engineer non-public systems, or interfere with normal operation.

Games and links may be created or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, game content, downloads, purchases, privacy practices, payment processing, refunds, or availability.

Use caution before opening external links, downloading software, sharing personal information, or making purchases outside All Indie Games.

All Indie Games is not affiliated with stores, publishers, developers, or platforms unless explicitly stated.

All Indie Games and its branding, software, interface, ranking systems, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

You retain ownership of content you suggest, subject to the license you grant us and any rights held by third parties.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation. We appreciate feedback, but please do not send confidential information through feedback channels.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific discovery results, rankings, engagement, sales, downloads, or external platform outcomes for suggested games.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Indie Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
